While closed sales in the MSA were down 7.9% year-over-year to 2,492 units, inventory increased by 0.9 months, resulting in 6.1 months of available homes. The market followed familiar summer trends with sales slowing and prices adjusting slightly. Pending sales rose more than 15%, signaling stronger activity heading into fall.
