According to the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), April Central Texas Housing Report residential sales declined 6.2% year over year to 3,280 homes across the Austin-Round Rock MSA last month. Combined with a new record median price, which rose 19.6% year over year to an all-time high of $550,000, the Central Texas housing market continues to outpace itself.
