Year-over-year can be helpful when looking at seasonal comparisons and overall trends.
๐ Travis, Hays, and Williamson Counties all had higher median sold prices in 2021, than every month so far in 2023. Why did I skip over 2022? I think it was more of a blip than a trend. The market has rebooted.
