Having lived in Austin for many years, I know and love this city and unique neighborhoods.  I think the best thing about Austin is that there is truly a neighborhood for everyone – no matter who you are or how you live. I am known as the ‘house matchmaker’.   I enjoy assisting my clients find the right home for their needs and interests.

I am an Austin property expert.

I make it a continued goal to know Austin like the back of my hand so that my clients can benefit from my knowledge.  I make sure to tour properties every week, to keep myself educated on new inventory and market conditions.  I make it a point to stay on top of future development and City planning.

Whether searching for a single family home in a suburban neighborhood, a condominium on Town Lake, or an investment property, I am qualified to help you.  From the start I seek to save my clients time and energy by previewing relevant properties, coordinating pre-sale preparations and leveraging technology to their advantage.

I also proactively manage, negotiate and direct every aspect of their transaction and always act on behalf of their best interest. My goal is to gain a client for life, and therefore I take the long view as to how to be most effective as your Realtor®. As a result, I have happy clients and most of my business comes from referrals.

I have extensive business experience.

I have a Bachelor of Arts and many years of entrepreneurial business experience.  Prior to real estate, I was the Marketing Director for a global distribution and manufacturing company.  For 20 years, I was responsible for all aspects of marketing, branding and product development.
